As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our practice. For more than 21 years, our practice has proudly served Memphis and the surrounding communities with exceptional patient care. Schedule :

Part Time, T/W/TH 10am-3pm Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Experience with dental practice management software Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures Specialized Dental Partners, its affiliates, related companies and independently owned supported clinical practices are proud to be Equal Opportunity Employers.
