Overview Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00
PM Pay:
$16.00-$18.00 per hour We are a busy, patient-focused consierge medical practice seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, organized, comfortable with computers, and genuinely enjoys working with people. The ideal candidate can confidently manage a busy front desk while providing an excellent experience for every patient. Previous medical office experience is a plus but not required. Candidates with hotel front desk, hospitality, concierge, or other high-level customer service experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner Answer incoming calls and assist current and prospective patients Schedule and manage patient appointments Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone Process patient payments accurately Assist with billing and other financial responsibilities Maintain accurate patient information and charts Perform filing, data entry, and general administrative duties Communicate effectively with providers and other clinic team members Maintain patient confidentiality Keep the front desk and reception area organized and professional Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
2 years of front desk/reception experience preferred 1 year of customer service experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional and friendly phone etiquette Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel Good overall computer skills and ability to learn new software Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent attention to detail Dependable and punctual Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
