Join a team that makes a difference every day. Complete Women's Care is seeking a friendly, dependable, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing OB/GYN practice. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical office, enjoys helping patients, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. As the first face our patients see, our front desk team plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while ensuring our daily operations run smoothly. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with professionalism and compassion. Answer a high-volume, multi-line phone system. Schedule and reschedule appointments accurately. Verify insurance and patient demographics. Collect copays, balances, and process payments. Scan and upload patient documents into the electronic medical record. Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Communicate effectively with providers, clinical staff, and patients. Assist with additional administrative duties as needed. Qualifications Previous medical receptionist or healthcare front office experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong computer skills and ability to learn electronic medical record systems. Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy. Dependable with excellent attendance. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Team-oriented with a willingness to learn. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Enjoys working with people. Schedule Monday-Thursday:
8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Friday:
