Our modern, high-end dental practice is committed to delivering outstanding patient care in a welcoming, comfortable, and positive environment. We're searching for someone who is professional, motivated, and passionate about providing an excellent patient experience.
What We're Looking For:
Strong work ethic and professional attitude Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a dental office At least 2 years of experience handling PPO insurance billing and accounting Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy Team-oriented with strong communication skills Comfortable using digital dental software systems Familiarity with dental terminology, billing, and coding procedures Someone who takes initiative and is willing to exceed expectations Positive, friendly, and patient-focused personality
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting and assisting patients both in person and over the phone Verifying insurance benefits and gathering coverage details Helping patients understand financial options and treatment arrangements Coordinating and maintaining an efficient daily schedule for the practice
