If so, we'd love to meet you! Allergy A.R.T.S. is a specialty private practice focused on Allergy, Immunology, and Rheumatology care. Our team is passionate about creating a welcoming experience for every patient while supporting each other along the way. We are looking for a Business Office Specialist who enjoys a mix of patient interaction, organization, problem-solving, and the business side of healthcare. What You'll Be Doing As a valued member of our team, you'll help create a smooth and positive experience for our patients by: ✨ Managing and organizing HIPAA-compliant medical records ✨ Processing and coordinating medical record requests and documentation ✨ Obtaining insurance authorizations to help patients receive the care they need ✨ Verifying insurance benefits by phone and email with insurance companies ✨ Communicating with patients and team members to keep things moving smoothly ✨ Supporting daily clinic operations and helping our team provide exceptional care What Makes You a Great Fit At least 1 year of medical receptionist or healthcare administrative experience preferred A friendly personality and a positive, can-do attitude Enjoys helping people and creating a great patient experience Interested in the administrative and business side of healthcare Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities Works well in a team environment and is excited to learn and grow Why You'll Love Working With Us No late nights—enjoy a consistent daytime schedule Friday afternoons off!
