Medical Receptionist

Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment Manage a multi-line phone system: answer calls, schedule and confirm appointments, route inquiries appropriately Check patients in and out, verify insurance information, and collect co-pays or balances Maintain accuracy in patient records and update demographic and insurance details in our EMR system Coordinate patient flow by communicating effectively with clinical staff and technicians Assist with paperwork, medical forms, and patient correspondence Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations at all times Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and handling incoming mail
