We are searching for a phenomenal addition like you —someone who finds meaning in providing outstanding service to patients. What You Will Do in
This Role:
Manage all front office functions, including patient relations, check-out, and scheduling. Answer high-volume phone calls, take messages, and relay them to the appropriate department personnel. File and retrieve medical records and patient information, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Process radiology orders such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs. Coordinate referral orders to specialists. Collect and record co-pays (cash, check, or card) and balance accounts daily. Maintain a clean, sanitized front desk area, waiting room, and patient restroom. Perform additional related duties as requested. What You Bring to the
Team:
Ability to handle a high volume of patients in a fast-paced, interruption-prone environment. Experience with an EMR system. Strong computer literacy and knowledge of medical terminology. Excellent communication, professionalism, and patient focus. Strong multi-tasking, time management, and adaptability skills.
