Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice by managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology and clerical skills, and insurance verification Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes. Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of the dentist's time. Maintain patient records accurately ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Answer phone calls promptly, addressing patient inquiries or directing them to appropriate staff members. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and administrative files. Verify Insurance social media management Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical or dental administration is a plus. Proficiency in computer systems, particularly Archy similar software for managing patient records. Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is essential for effective communication with patients and staff. Strong clerical skills, including filing, data entry, and document management. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional patient service. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
