Medical Receptionist/Front Desk

Schedule appointments, greet patients, collect payments, balance end of day earnings Proficiency in computer applications, e.g. word processing, excel spreadsheet, e-mail, database management and EMR/EHR experience. Excellent communication skills. Must have the ability to exercise excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, Very strong customer service orientation, positive attitude. Must be able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage a large workload within tight deadlines. Ability to independently plan, organize, prioritize, schedule, coordinate, and make decisions relating to assigned tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and self-motivated. Ability to work independently. Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential matters. Ability to adapt in a changing environment
