Position Description:

We are seeking a high-level Medical Receptionist to join our team. Internal title is Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) . The ideal candidate will possess excellent patient care skills, superior customer service abilities, and advanced tech-savvy skills.

Duties:

Ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our patients while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner. Patient Registration Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency. Schedule appointments, confirm appointments, and manage the clinic's calendar. Verify patient information and update electronic medical records (EMR) accurately. Insurance verifications Answering inbound calls/Making outbound calls Payment processing along with financial counseling

Location/Travel:

We have several locations in the Rio Grande Valley area. You will need to travel to Edinburg, Brownsville, Harlingen, and Rio Grande City in order to meet full-time hours. Travel for training may be required.

Schedule:

Full-time job: 32-40 hours per week, 8hr shifts Work Monday through Friday and weekends as needed Shifts can begin anywhere from 5:15am to 7:30am Your schedule will change from week to week What We Offer Better work-life balance than hospitals.
