We are professional, fast-paced, rewarding and our goal is to provide the best pediatric care in El Paso. We're looking for a Receptionist who is detail-oriented and well organized. The successful candidate will greet patients and visitors in a cheerful manner, answer phones, schedule appointments and verify insurances. A Medical Receptionist will be responsible for managing a busy office, so prior experience in a busy, fast-paced environment is a must. Responsibilities:

Welcome patients, visitors, and staff; Schedule appointments for patients; Update patient records; Answer questions about the practice and the staff; Communicate with patients, visitors and staff using a telephone and a computer; Answer phone calls; Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
