Our office culture values teamwork, growth, and compassion — for our patients and our team. This position is more of a Patient Specialist position versus a Dental Receptionist position. And yes, we have a therapy dog in the office who brings joy and comfort to our team and patients alike! So it goes without saying, a love for dogs is a must! We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Patient Specialist, who is passionate about helping people to join our 6-member team. Our bespoke office is sleek, comfortable and smells amazing. We will also have amenities and comforts for our team and patients. This role is ideal for someone with experience who is confident in leading and supporting a dental team, but also open to continued learning and growth. While we value experience, we're equally enthusiastic about training the right person who is passionate, reliable, and eager to take on this role. Everyday tasks include your usual customer service tasks like Check in-Check out patients, Accounts Receivables, Payment Collection, Office Organization etc.

Cross training - You must be open to learning all aspects of a dental practice. Consistent, clear and effective communication You must be detail oriented Creative, out of the box ideas which make our experience as a team and our patient experience even better! You must love dogs!

Here are our requirements:

Applicants would ideally have more than a 1-2 year experience in a Dental Practice. We will be looking for specific traits which suit our needs. We prefer she/he be x-ray certified and maintain CPR certification. The ideal candidate will be willing to help in any area of the practice when necessary and is willing to learn new procedures and new, innovative ways of doing things. You need to be open to change!
