Responsibilities:

Answer multi-line phone system. Take patient messages and route to the appropriate staff member. Schedule patient appointments. Complete medical records requests. Monitor incoming faxes and route to the appropriate staff member. Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

Experience at a healthcare facility in a Medical Receptionist/Front Desk role preferred. Working knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations. Strong organizational, administrative, and customer service skills. Ability to navigate through EMR systems with ease and speed.
