About the role

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Dental office coordinator with 10+ years of experience to join our growth-oriented practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will manage front-desk operations, ensure smooth daily workflow, and contribute to a collaborative, team-driven environment.

What You'll Do

Greet and check in patients promptly and professionally, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere Monday through Friday

Oversee the productivity and effective handling of scheduling in accordance to office protocol

All patient handling, from phone contact to scheduling family members and follow-ups be managed with effective marketing stratgy and high quality of organizations

Oversee front office efficient and effective handling of patient accounts, insurance processing and data entry.

Establish front office organization, goal setting, and accountability in achieving goals

Facilitate smooth communication between clinical staff, patients, and external partners

What We're Looking For

Minimum 10 years of experience as a dental receptionist or front-desk coordinator

Proven organizational skills and ability to set and achieve goals effectively

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; thrives in a team-oriented environment

Detail-oriented with excellent time-management capabilities

Familiarity with dental software systems and insurance processes
