Job Description
Please no phone calls. We are seeking a full-time Front desk Receptionist to join our team. This key position is responsible for all front desk duties including providing excellent and friendly customer service, check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and payment receipts and deposits. As the initial contact with all who enter our center, this opportunity is perfect for someone that is empathetic, patient focused and readily willing to share a smile. Bi-lingual - english/spanish - is strongly preferred. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. This position has the responsiblity to open the office each morning so consistent arrival by 7:55 am is critical. This allows time to prepare for the first patients of the day.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a medical facility or physician's office
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to speak with patients and teammates in a friendly and personable manner
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn duties outside their primary job
- Detail oriented, organized, efficient, with great critical thinking skills
- Strong computer and telephone skills Bi-lingual a plus
