What You'll Do As a Medical Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our patients have a seamless and positive experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients and providing a professional and welcoming front desk experience Answering and managing high-volume phone calls Scheduling appointments and efficiently managing patient flow Verifying insurance coverage and determining patient responsibilities (copays, deductibles, etc.) Collecting payments and processing transactions accurately Clearly explaining billing charges and financial responsibilities to patients Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations Handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a high-volume setting.

The ideal candidate will have:

1 year of customer service experience (required) Experience with medical front desk duties or healthcare settings (preferred) Knowledge of insurance verification, copays, and deductibles (required) Experience collecting payments and discussing billing with patients (required) Strong communication skills—both in person and over the phone Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems (preferred) Availability to work shifts of 8 hours or more Compensation & Benefits We offer competitive pay starting at $16.00 per hour , with salary negotiable based on experience.
