Responsibilities You'll Achieve Success By:
Manage front desk operations, including patient check-in/out, collecting payments, and appointment scheduling while delivering exceptional customer service Maintain accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documents Answer phone calls, assist patients, and uphold HIPAApliance, ensuring a weing and professional healthcare experience
Qualifications Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required Basic office and customer service skills Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required
