This position is fast‑paced , requires quick learning, and demands exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining a welcoming environment for patients. Because of the pace and volume, previous front office or medical office experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities Answer a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy. Check in patients promptly and courteously as they arrive. Enter insurance information with 100% accuracy while creating new patient charts. Prepare and gather charts for next‑day appointments . Call and text patients to confirm next‑day appointments using office systems. Complete and send recall postcards for established patients with upcoming appointments. Schedule appointments for referrals received from other doctors' offices , ensuring accuracy and timely follow‑up. Maintain an organized front desk area and assist with patient flow. Provide support in other office areas as needed; flexibility is essential. Deliver excellent customer service in a face‑to‑face setting with patients. Qualifications Previous medical office or high‑volume front desk experience is strongly preferred due to the fast‑paced nature of this role. Must have perfect attendance and be reliable, especially during the first 90 days. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. High attention to detail, especially when entering insurance and patient data. Professional communication skills, both in person and over the phone. Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy periods. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred , but not required. Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
