This position requires full time availability Monday through Friday and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Candidates must be able to maintain full time hours for a minimum of 12 consecutive months. We do not currently offer part time, summer only, or flexible schedules. Our receptionists manage both in person and over the phone interactions with patients and families. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, creating telephone encounters for physicians, verifying insurance coverage, checking patients in and out, collecting copays, processing documents, and supporting the overall flow of the front office.
