Dental Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Dental Front Office Team Member ! We are looking for someone who enjoys working with patients, communicates well, and can help create a welcoming experience from the moment patients walk in or call our office.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and checking in patients Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments Verifying insurance and explaining basic benefits Presenting treatment estimates and collecting payments Managing patient forms and records Helping keep the schedule full and organized Supporting the clinical team with daily office flow We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and patient focused Organized and detail oriented Comfortable talking with patients about appointments, balances, and insurance A team player with a positive attitude Reliable and willing to learn Must have at least 1 year of experience in a general office and know open dental.

Pay:

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
