From $20.00 per hour Job description: We are an established general dental office located in Round Rock, Texas looking for a full time dental Front Desk Receptionist/Insurance Coordinator for Mondays-Thursdays. We are seeking someone who is excited about their career in dental and bring enthusiasm to our office everyday. Potential candidate must be friendly, upbeat, with a welcoming attitude to serve as the face of our office.Hours:
Monday-Thursday (8:30am-5:30pm) with 1 hour lunch breakEducation and Experience:
- 1 year experience in the dental setting (Preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Customer service 2 years (Preferred)
- Dental experience/knowledge preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Experience with Open Dental is a plus! Benefits for Full Time (after 1 year):

- Checking patients in and out
- Treatment planning
- Confirming and scheduling patient appointments
- Answering phone calls and e-mails
- Obtaining dental insurance verification and breakdown
- Collecting payments from patients
- Managing patient records
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality
- Help out Hygienists
- Other day-to-day tasks in a dental office
