Position Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and personable Front Office Medical Receptionist to join our team in Round Rock, TX. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a key part in ensuring an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and committed to patient-centered service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and collect patient information Assist with the completion and organization of patient forms and documents Maintain confidentiality of all patient records and sensitive information Support physicians, nurses, and other staff with administrative tasks Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming Address patient questions or escalate needs to the appropriate staff member
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in a medical office or similar setting preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient with office software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Customer service oriented
