Spring, TX Job Summary We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our medical clinic in Spring, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience managing front desk operations, including handling phone calls, managing clinic inventory, and maintaining supplies to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently. Schedule and confirm patient appointments using clinic management software. Manage clinic inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing medical and office supplies. Maintain an organized and clean front desk area. Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes. Coordinate communication between patients, medical staff, and other departments. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping. Ensure compliance with clinic policies and confidentiality standards. Qualifications Previous experience as a front desk receptionist, preferably in a medical or clinical setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and supplies effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in handling multi-line phone systems and scheduling software. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a professional demeanor. Basic computer skills including MS Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
