Position Summary:
Do you love kids, smiling families, and being the friendly face that sets the tone for a great visit? Revere Health Premier Pediatrics is looking for a Medical Receptionist who brings positive energy, strong medical front office skills, and a heart for pediatrics to our growing practice.
Essential Job Functions:
Welcome families with warmth, patience, and a smile Check in patients and complete demographic & insurance intake Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Answer phones, schedule appointments, and help keep the day running smoothly Support providers and staff with front office operations Help create a calm, fun, kid-friendly experience for patients and parents
Qualifications :
Prior medical receptionist or medical front office experience Experience with insurance verification, eligibility, and demographics Comfortable in a fast-paced pediatric environment Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented EMR experience preferred
Hours:
Must be available to work year-round (not seasonal). Must be available Monday-Friday, 8am-5:00pm with occasional evening clinics (T,W,Th) 5:00-7:00. Occasional Saturday clinics (rotating) 8:30-12:00
