Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced Front Office Representative to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service while helping create a welcoming experience for every patient from the moment they walk through our doors. Previous dental office experience is required. Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Greet patients with warmth and professionalism Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Collect patient payments and explain financial arrangements Present treatment plans and coordinate patient scheduling Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic information Manage recall and continuing care schedules Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the daily schedule running smoothly Handle patient correspondence via phone, text, email, and online communications Ensure compliance with HIPAA and office policies Perform other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing terminology Experience with Dentrix practice management software Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
