Job Description
Nat-Su Healthcare is seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to join our Medical Clinic in Tooele, Utah. As the face of our clinic, this individual will play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for every patient, family member, and visitor. We are looking for someone with an upbeat, friendly personality who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will greet patients as they arrive for their appointments, assist with scheduling and appointment reminders, help patients navigate clinic services, and support transportation coordination when needed. This position requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members. Job Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and community members entering the clinic. Welcome and assist patients with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments. Make appointment reminder and follow-up calls. Assist walk-in patients with registration, scheduling, and general questions. Coordinate and assist with patient transportation scheduling and related communications. Support clinic staff with documentation, forms, and administrative tasks. Maintain accurate calendars and scheduling workflows. Ensure the reception area remains organized, welcoming, and professional. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
