Medical Receptionist

Title:

Bilingual Front Office Coordinator - Dental/Medical Office (Part-Time) Immediate opening. Spanish-speaking applicants required due to patient needs.

Description:

Dana Orthodontics is seeking a dependable and personable Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key part in creating a smooth and welcoming office experience.

Schedule:

This position works a rotating schedule of approximately three days per week. Weekends are not required.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and manage front desk check-in and check-out, answer phones and schedule appointments, manage patient flow and support overall office coordination, and handle patient billing, insurance billing, collections, and insurance verification, eligibility, and benefits coordination .

Qualifications:

Must speak Spanish and English. Customer service experience is required. Medical or dental office experience is preferred but not required. Experience with billing, insurance, or collections is a plus. Candidates should be organized, reliable, and have strong communication skills.

Pay range of $20-$24 per hour based on experience, a supportive team-oriented environment, and training across multiple areas of the practice.

Pay:
