Join Our Friendly and Busy Dental Practice! We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused Part-Time Bilingual Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. If you have dental office experience, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you( Serious applicants who meet the position requirements only )! Schedule Mondays and Fridays Two Saturdays per month Approximately 3 days per week (additional schedule details will be discussed during the interview) Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of dental office experience required Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent verbal communication skills in both languages Strong computer skills Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office Experience with Dentrix is preferred but not required We're Looking for Someone Who Is Motivated and dependable Detail-oriented and organized Committed to providing exceptional patient care A collaborative team player Friendly, professional, and welcoming to every patient Responsibilities Answer phones and schedule patient appointments Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude Verify insurance benefits and maintain accurate patient records Manage front desk operations and administrative tasks Support the clinical team to help ensure smooth daily operations Provide outstanding customer service to patients and their families What We Offer Comprehensive one-on-one training to help you succeed A supportive, team-oriented work environment An opportunity to grow your skills in a well-established, patient-centered dental practice If you're a positive, bilingual professional who enjoys helping patients and wants to be part of a caring dental team, we encourage you to apply.
