Looking for a Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position. Our ideal employee must have experience working in a dental front office. We offer a competitive salary!
Personal Characteristics:
Excellent communication and phone skills. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to function within a team environment as a supportive and positive contributor. Self-starter with the ability to see things that need attention and address issues as they appear.
Front Office Responsibilities:
Insurance verification Enter insurances Provide and present treatment plans Answer telephone . Check in and Check out patients Gather needed updated patient information and enter into computer for full maintenance of patient's electronic charting. Alert dental assistants and hygienists when their patients have arrived, or seat the patient, whichever is appropriate. Assist in taking payments and checking patients out after appointments; ensure they are scheduled for their next visit with the office. Confirm patients for next day's appointments. schedule closely throughout the day to maintain schedule effectiveness. Appoint patients efficiently in order to keep the schedule of the doctors and staff as organized and productive as possible. Maintain Quick Call and No Show list's for follow up.
Pay:
$23.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
