About the Role We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a dental receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, and you will play a vital role in ensuring that their experience at our practice is a positive one.

Responsibilities:

Greeting patients with a warm and welcoming smile Scheduling appointments and confirming insurance information Processing patient payments and insurance claims Maintaining accurate patient records Answering phones and emails in a professional and courteous manner Assisting the dental team with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in computer skills,including Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
