Dental Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator (Periodontics)
Compensation:
$25-30 commensurate with dental experience Our well-established Periodontal & Implant practice is looking for a polished, patient-focused professional to lead our front office. As the first point of contact, you will manage the patient experience from the initial greeting to the final treatment presentation. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone who takes pride in a professional "front of house" environment and understands the nuances of specialty dental care.

Schedule:
5 days, 9am-5pm Tuesday - Friday in
Fairfax:
Monday in Fairfax or Woodbridge office (22191)
What You'll Do Front Office Ambassador:
Warmly greet patients, manage check-in/out, and maintain a calm, high-end office atmosphere.
Specialty Scheduling:
Manage complex surgical and follow-up calendars for our periodontal providers.
Treatment Presentation:
Confidently explain periodontal treatment plans and specialty insurance coverage to patients.
Financial Coordination:
Collect payments, verify specialty benefits, and manage patient accounts with high attention to detail.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Required High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a dental practice front desk role Experience with dental insurance plans, claims and billing procedures Strong customer service mindset with a patient-first attitude Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or similar) Ability to multitask effectively and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Preferred Dental assistance experience This role offers an opportunity to be an integral part of a dedicated dental team committed to providing outstanding patient care through efficient administrative support.
