Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and families to our prestigious pediatric practice with warmth and professionalism
- Coordinate patient check-in process, including verifying insurance information and updating patient records
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently to maximize provider availability
- Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, providing assistance and information as needed
- Process payments and billing inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area that reflects the prestige of our practice
- Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery Requirements
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong organizational abilities and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer skills, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to interacting with patients and families

Pay:
$19.00- $21.
