The ideal candidate would have at least 1 year of dental office front desk experience and exceptional customer service ability. Tasks may include any of the following: greeting patients, answering the phone and e-mail communication, checking patients in and out, collecting payments, scheduling, presenting patients with financial arrangements, and working with insurance companies to verify eligibility and benefits. The applicant must be computer savvy with excellent communication and phone skills. Prior experience with

EAGLESOFT

practice management software is preferred, but not required. Dental assisting experience is even better. As the first point of contact for our office, candidates must present a professional image, strong organizational skills, and be able to multi-task in a fast paced, but friendly environment.
