A busy Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) medical practice seeking a professional and dependable Front Office Receptionist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping patients, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service. Previous medical office experience is welcome but not required—we are primarily looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately Schedule appointments and manage patient check-in/check-out processes Maintain accurate patient information and records Perform data entry and general administrative tasks Support providers and office staff with daily front desk operations Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and visitors Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Professional demeanor and appearance Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm and productive in a busy environment Basic computer and keyboarding proficiency Neat and legible handwriting Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn Previous receptionist, administrative, hospitality, retail, or medical office experience is a plus
