Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing all front desk operations. The right candidate must have at least 2 years working in the dental field .Must be experienced with treatment planing , collecting payments,sending out dental claims ,posting payments.
Must be reliable and willing to learn and grow with the practice. Duties Greet patients warmly and manage patient check-in/check-out processes with professionalism and efficiency Schedule appointments using dentrix software, ensuring optimal patient flow Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with dental insurance questions. Collect payments. Review and update patient medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette. bilingual preferred

Pay:
$24.93 - $29.29 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per weekBenefits:
