Our well-established, private Behavioral Health practice is growing, and we're looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Specialist to be the first point of contact for our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, values compassion, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Do:
You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Greeting patients and creating a positive first impression
  • Managing check-in and check-out processes
  • Verifying insurance and collecting co-pays
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating follow-up care
  • Handling a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Managing referrals, scanning, e-faxes, and prepping charts
  • Entering accurate patient demographics and maintaining confidentiality
  • Assisting with other general administrative duties as needed
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a medical office setting (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • An upbeat, outgoing personality with a team-oriented mindset
  • A commitment to professionalism, discretion, and patient-centered care

    Monday
    • Friday, 8:30 AM
    • 5:00 PM
    Compensation:
    $17
    • $25/hour, based on experience
