We are a small but busy, well-established office in SW County of Roanoke, who love our patients and treat them like family. So if you're looking for a happy and warm work environment with a friendly staff and a great schedule, please consider coming to work for us! Great location in Roanoke with a 4 day work week, Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 5:00. The ideal candidate has a very strong background in dental front desk with considerable dental insurance experience, who also enjoys interacting with patients. We are looking for someone who is able to complete tasks efficiently in a busy work environment with multiple phone lines. Job Duties include greeting patients, checking them in and out and collecting payments, answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing the recall system, filing and entering insurance claims and EOB's, presenting treatment plans, scanning documents and importing to patients charts and of course, all the other typical front desk responsibilities. We offer a benefit package which includes sick pay, vacation pay, paid holidays, retirement plan, as well as other financial benefits. This position requires at least one year front office experience and knowledge of dental codes and procedures. Sorry, but we will not be considering applicants without dental front desk experience.
