Experienced Dental Front Desk Coordinator Join Our Team! We are seeking an experienced, friendly, and highly organized Dental Front Desk Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service while keeping our front office running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism. Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently. Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility. Submit treatment estimates and discuss financial arrangements with patients. Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records. Answer multi-line phones and respond to patient inquiries. Manage patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Coordinate with the clinical team to maintain an efficient daily schedule. Handle recalls, reactivation calls, and appointment follow-up. Assist with administrative tasks to support overall office operations. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience required. Experience with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft). Knowledge of dental insurance verification, billing, and treatment presentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
