Job Description

We are looking to hire a personable dental receptionist to help provide the highest level of customer service and care at our high-end Sterling dental office. Our office focuses on a teamwork environment to help provide nothing but the best for our patients. We are looking for candidates who are energetic, friendly, dependable, have good interpersonal and communication skills, detail oriented, possess the ability to multi task, are well organized, motivated, and a team player. Qualifications Proven experience in a medical or dental office setting, preferably as a receptionist Strong communication and patient service skills Proficiency in medical administrative support and managing medical records Familiarity with EHR systems such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology Competence in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems Ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently and maintain a welcoming front desk environment Responsibilities Greet patients and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment. Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems. Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Process medical collections and verify insurance information as needed. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while managing sensitive information. Collaborate with dental staff to facilitate smooth office operations and effective communication.
