Job Description
Medical Receptionist - ENT | Temp-to-Hire Medical Temporaries, Inc. is currently seeking an upbeat, friendly, and customer-service-focused Medical Receptionist for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with an ENT practice. The ideal candidate will have a positive, bubbly personality and genuinely enjoy working with patients. Excellent customer service skills are the most important qualification for this position. The successful candidate will be organized, dependable, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a busy medical office environment. Schedule & Compensation Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM Full-time, temp-to-hire No weekends! $14.00-$15.00 per hour, depending on experience Ideally available to start next week to allow for approximately one week of training before the current employee leaves Responsibilities Greet and check patients in and out Provide exceptional customer service to patients Answer and manage multiple phone lines Schedule and confirm appointments Verify insurance and patient eligibility Collect and update patient information Communicate with patients regarding appointments and office procedures Multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy office Perform general front-office administrative duties Support the clinical team as needed Qualifications Previous medical office or customer service experience preferred Excellent customer service skills are essential Friendly, upbeat, positive, and professional demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Comfortable working on the telephone Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and procedures Reliable and dependable Strong attention to detail Preferred Experience Previous ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) experience Familiarity with common ENT terminology and conditions Experience with medical scheduling and insurance verification Basic medical knowledge to help identify the appropriate reason for a patient's visit Benefits Weekly Pay No weekends Direct Deposit Medical Insurance Access to a staffing specialist 7 days a week Access to our consistently updated Job Board for current opportunities We'd love for you to join our team!
