We are seeking a reliable, organized, and friendly Front Office Receptionist/Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice. Your vital role will be to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the front office, maintaining valued patient relationships, and supporting the dental team
Key Responsibilities Patient Experience:
Warmly greet and guide patients through check-in and check-out processes.
Scheduling & Communication:
Schedule and confirm appointments to keep our days running smoothly, and answer phones and handle inquiries with a helpful attitude using a multi-line system.
Treatment Planning:
Create and explain treatment plans and insurance limitations. Help patients come up with plans to achieve oral health with their timeframe and budget.
Financial & Insurance Management:
Verify insurance, ensure accounts are accurate, collect payments due for services rendered, and conduct financial consultations when presenting treatment plans.
Administrative Support:
Maintain patient records (electronically), manage administrative duties, and follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure a seamless patient experience and support a positive team atmosphere.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
