Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a warm, social, friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone with a team centered outlook to achieve strong and exceptional patient results built around integrity and community. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dental environment. Experience required in sales/hospitality and/or a dental office, software trainings can be provided. Duties Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Manage incoming calls and direct them to get the care they need. Have an open mind and willing to learn new things. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members and patients. Handle administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and photocopying documents. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Assist with verifying dental insurance and billing practices. Utilize computer systems, including Google Suite, Microsoft and dental software to manage office operations effectively. Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times. Present financial arrangements and treatment plans. Qualifications Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is expected. Familiarity with receptionist duties is a plus. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in computer literacy, including experience with office software, and phone systems/skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Ability to integrate as a team member around a culture of core values and an "others centered" approach.
