Bellevue, WA Schedule:
Monday through Saturday (Mandatory) | Wednesdays OFF | No Sundays Are you a polished, detail-oriented dental professional? A thriving, patient-focused private dental practice in the Bellevue area is seeking a highly skilled Dental Receptionist . The ideal candidate possesses a warm chairside manner, deep knowledge of dental operations, and is looking for a stable, long-term home.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Experience:
Warmly greet patients, manage a multi-line phone system, and maintain a pristine, welcoming reception area.
Scheduling:
Manage a highly productive daily schedule, handling recalls, confirmations, and filling any last-minute cancellations.
Insurance & Billing:
Verify insurance eligibility, prepare treatment plans, present treatment plan estimates and process patient payments at time of service.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate and compliant patient records, update medical histories, and coordinate with dental labs and specialists.
Requirements:
Mandatory Dental Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a dental front office or administrative role.
Schedule Availability:
Must be available to work Monday through Saturday . Wednesdays are your dedicated day off!
Software Proficiency:
Familiarity with dental management software Eaglesoft is highly preferred.
Communication Skills:
Professional, clear, and empathetic communication skills with a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
