Greet & Support Clients:
Be the friendly face that welcomes every client into our space—warmly, respectfully, and professionally.
Manage Appointments:
Coordinate scheduling across our service lines to maximize availability and streamline care.
Process Payments:
Accurately collect copays, balances, and payment information while maintaining a professional tone.
Support Communications:
Answer calls, respond to referrals, manage faxes, and deliver timely follow-ups to patients.
Maintain Records:
Keep client accounts up-to-date, ensuring all demographic and insurance information is current.
Handle Inquiries:
Respond clearly and compassionately to a range of client questions, including those related to Motor Vehicle Accident and L&I cases. Be a

Pitch in with additional administrative duties that help keep the clinic running smoothly. Who You Are
