What You'll Do:

Use your deep veterinary knowledge to guide clients seamlessly, triage calls with confidence, and set a calm, welcoming tone for the hospital.

Optimize Clinic Operations:

Expertly navigate our Practice Management Software (we use Pulse PIMS ) to manage complex scheduling and medical records. While Pulse experience is a plus, we are happy to train a tech-savvy pro who has mastered other veterinary systems!. Be a

Empower pet parents by providing high-level education on wellness and dentistry, acting as a knowledgeable bridge between the client and the medical team.
