Experienced Dental Front Office Administrator Location:
Step By Step Pediatric Dentistry Step By Step Pediatric Dentistry is looking for an experienced Dental Front Office Administrator who wants to be part of a positive, organized, and team-focused pediatric dental office. We're looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating an exceptional experience for our patients and families from the moment they walk through our doors. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys working with children, building relationships with families, taking initiative, and helping keep the practice running smoothly.
Pay:
Based on experience Responsibilities Greet patients and families with a warm, welcoming attitude Answer phones and manage patient communications professionally Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently Verify insurance benefits and assist with treatment plan coordination Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records Manage patient check-in and check-out processes Help maintain an organized and efficient front office environment Support the team and contribute to a positive patient experience Assist with administrative tasks and office workflows as needed Requirements Dental front office experience required Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing preferred Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience working with children and families preferred Pediatric dental experience a plus We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, supports their team, and helps create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient and family every day.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
