We're looking for someone who is great with people and understands the business side of dentistry. You should be comfortable with dental insurance, treatment estimates, claims, EOBs, billing and A/R — not just scheduling and answering phones. You'll be working closely with our families, helping them understand their child's treatment and what their insurance covers, while also keeping the front office running smoothly. We'd love someone who: Has 2+ years of dental front office experience Understands dental insurance and benefits Has experience with claims, EOBs, billing and A/R Is comfortable discussing treatment costs with parents Is organized, dependable and good at following things through Enjoys working with kids and families Has a friendly, positive personality Has experience with Open Dental (a plus) We're a privately owned pediatric practice, and we really value having a team that knows our patients and takes pride in what they do.
