Job Description
We are a well-established, growing general dental practice located in North Seattle dedicated to providing exceptional dental care and fostering a welcoming environment for our patients. We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator/Admin Lead to join our team. In this vital role, you will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality dental services by ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent patient support. We are specifically looking for someone who can manage and oversee our clinic schedule, schedule to production goals, work in tandem with our financial coordinator, and oversee all front office and business operations. This is a great opportunity for a skilled dental front office team member looking to grow into a leadership role. Responsibilities Manage patient recall system and schedule patients for routine care Maintain a full, productive daily clinic schedule Insurance verification and eligibility Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors Support front desk operations, including answering phones and emails Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate efficient patient flow Collaborate with financial coordinator to ensure accurate billing and timely collection Monitor KPIs including production, collections, and patient retentionMaintain accurate patient records and documentation Ensure compliance OSHA/WISHA, HIPAA, infection control, and state dental regulations Work with owners to develop systems to help streamline business operations Help build a 5-star online presence Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance Resolve patient concerns and maintain a high level of patient satisfactionIf you're ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients while growing your career in the dental field, we invite you to apply today!
