  • Full-time Apex Sleep Dentistry is seeking a qualified, professional that is detail oriented and motivated to help change the lives of our patients and to be a part of a team that is growing personally as well as professionally!
We are looking for a team-oriented individual who pays attention to details, organized, self motivated, professional, service minded, and has impressive communication skills. Someone who is willing to go above and beyond the basic responsibilities of the job to provide the outstanding service we strive to provide here at Apex Sleep Dentistry. As a full-time Receptionist you will have the opportunity to develop relationships with team members in the office and most importantly with our patients.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures Familiarity working with insurance companies and verifying insurance plans Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient care Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support and ensuring excellent patient service Checking in and greeting patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments Collect and verify patient information, including medical history and insurance details Verify patient insurance benefit Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality Collecting payments Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy and confidentiality Provide general administrative support to the healthcare team We offer fantastic Medical, Vision and Dental benefits, PTO and flexible schedule.
