What you'll be doing: Checking patients in and out Answering and managing phone calls Scheduling and confirming appointments Verifying and processing dental insurance Completing ECAP forms and related paperwork Setting up and maintaining patient charts Working in Dentrix Ascend Communicating with parents and patients in a professional and welcoming manner Supporting the front office team with daily administrative tasks What we're looking for: Previous dental/front desk experience is preferred but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment Friendly, professional attitude Reliable and dependable Comfortable learning new software and office procedures Experience with Dentrix Ascend is a plus
Pay:
$18•22/hour to start, based on experience. Raises are based on performance.
